More Dim Sum...

I woke up with gastric today. I thought I wanted to rest for one day but since my passion for making mini dim sum is going strong now, I'd better keep it moving. Haha. 



I wanted to try something different before I make the classic ones like siew mai and har kaw, hence I made the above.


Lo Mai Gai - Glutinous rice with chicken meat, mushroom, salted egg yolk and Chinese preserved sausage wrapped in lotus leaf


Porridge with shredded chicken and sliced mushroom sprinkled with goji berries and chopped spring onion


Egg tarts


A delightful dim sum breakfast set :)
