Chinese Buns

 I made another 2 dim sums today. I actually planned to make 3 but there was an interruption in the middle.

Lap Cheong Kuin - Steamed Chinese Sausage Bun

I haven't had this for a very long time already. The last time I had it was at the first Chinese dim sum restaurant in KK but it is no longer there anymore. 

Lau sa pau - Runny custard bun

Hubby and I like this dim sum very much. What's more satisfying than a bun with runny custard oozing out after the first bite? 

Now I am craving for these buns. Hope I can have dim sum on this weekend :D
