I have an ex-colleague who likes to eat cold soba every time we had Japanese meal. When I purchased the fake ice cubes, the first thing came across my mind was... I wanna make cold soba!
I always think that eating cold soba alone is very bland so I decided to pair it with deep-fried pork chop.
Here are the dipping sauce, quail egg, wasabi, chopped spring onion and sesame.

I found that it's difficult to arrange the soba. Gosh! I nearly wanted to mash everything together!
