The Classic Dim Sum

When I just started the dim sum project, many asked me to make har kaw and siew mai but I told them I wanna save the best for last. Does it mean this is my last batch of dim sum? Erm, not really... I guess I will keep doing dim sum till Chinese New Year but I am currently out of ideas of what kind of dim sum I am supposed to make :p

Har kaw - shrimp dumplings

You know what? I actually enjoy eating the skin of the har kaw more than the fillings :)

Siew mai - pork dumplings

Gosh! I am suddenly craving for dim sum!
